Maintenance
Every watch deserves attention. We recommend you to entrust your watch to MARCELLO C every five years for revision. This is the only way you can be sure that it will fall into the hands of a qualified watchmaker at MARCELLO C.
The watchmaker checks, cleans and lubricates the clockwork. He tests the watch and regulates the escapement if necessary and within 1-2 weeks he controls the water resistance and accuracy.
The clock is checked in several positions at different temperatures on a time scale that simulates the movement of the wrist. Case, bracelet and clasp are carefully cleaned, only then you get your watch back.
The entire inspection can take 4-6 weeks but it is essential for the long-term value of your MARCELLO C. With proper maintenance Your clock will function reliably for decades!
Send in watches

Print out the submission form, fill it in and put it in a package with your watch.

Send the package to the address on the 2nd page of the submission form.
03
You will receive your watch back after careful inspection and maintenance.
